MYRIAD (a collection of tapestries)

My Santiniketan days as a student were spent beneath the canopy of nature’s glory, which had a deep impression on me and my work. Nature had always been successful in elevating my spirit, enliven my mind and encourage me to create. Nature had always been a sylvan retreat where I could find solace.
Nostalgia is the kernel of my creations. As a person I dwell in my past. Life is a tapestry where joy and woe are woven fine. Life has threads of happiness and sadness with sorrows predominating; sadness with momentary splashes of happiness dominates the artistic scenario....
